Can you SEE energy with your eyes ?

It rained this morning, 9 July 2008, Wednesday and oh so beautiful and then it stopped raining as I was about to go to bukit timah area to do a cluster house feng shui then to ubi office.

ON FENG SHUI TIPS: Someone commented that he like my article on spiritual numbers. I would like to say "thank you". I am glad that at least someone enjoy reading this article. Personally, I thought it was COOL.

ON LYNN YAP BLOG: I went to search more info on BLOG and did a Google search, http://google.com/ on blog and what I got was that : a blog is actually like a personal diary where you write anything that comes into your mind or whatever that happens to you on that day. so I figured that in order to qualify as blog, it has to show something personal about what you like : your liking for what sort of food or what you think of this or that.
However, these days a blog can be a bit impersonal keeping to safe topics and avoid personal stuff. I personally like to read blogs that has both. that way I get to know more about the person who is blogging and the topic which has to be rather consistent.

My counter reads at : 10863 visitors already and in less than 2 months of blogging spanning over 19 countries. I think it is pretty good. er ?

ON DESTINY: Our destiny maybe fixed but we must be smart enough to know how to use our own destiny to our advantage so that we got to learn how to ask the right questions and to always have an inqusitive mind.

ON SAVVY INVESTMENTS: Recently, I came to the conclusion that even 99 leasehold property can make money as long as it has a good location. rich wealthy people may not tell us all there is to it when they choose to buy this property and all that. in fact there are many people out there who can be quite secretive when it comes to why they buy this property or not or how much wealth they have etc. we tend to call this in cantonese : "kwai kwai she she". just like if your main door cannot be seen from the front of the house then the owners would tend to follow this phase of : "kwai kwai she she". most of the time when I do landed properties the door has to be straight. I do not wish my clients become "kwai kwai she she".

Yes, I agree that the prices of food, oil, transportation has gone up - what's most important now is : to tighten our belt like taking simple food like frozen food for dinner and cooking more (buy the cheapest cooking oil rather than using olive oil to cook for example) than buying in especially when you have a family of 4 to feed. cooking can be cheaper. try it. it is now time to change your lifestyle a bit and adjust. of course if you can afford then you are ok. but there are many others out there - who really needs help. so if you do know of any relatives or friends try to help them by showing them how to cook. this is because I think most of them do not know how to cook or how to save money on food. so if you do know then try to help and do your bit.

Today, I had an appointment with a lady client for her annual review for 2008 at 10.30am. orginally was supposed to be at my ubi office but she said it is too far as she needs to get back to her office soonest so we changed the location to Sheraton Towers. Sheraton wow.......it's been more than a month already........can't wait to see my friends there and say hello then go for my next appointment to do a can or cannot buy for a landed property.

ON FENG SHUI CASE STUDIES: One of my BEST Signature fengshui building would be the one at Changi Business Park done some 9 years ago. the staff there knew who the master was. that building was built to shape like a Kirin which has a Dragon head, body of a fish with scales of a carp and usually stands on lots of gold ingots. so this building which is modern looking and there are warm yellow lights to be turned on at night to represent the gold ingots.

FENG SHUI NOTE: If a building is built to shape like a Kirin or a Dragon then that building will have a lot of power.

ON DESTINY: A person born in the animal sign of the pig and rat and whose hour pillar is a pig or a rat would usually love to laugh. let's all laugh MORE.

ON LYNN YAP BLOG : Everybody has a different intention when it comes to blogging and we can use it like a Busines Blog or even a CEO with many staff can use a Blog to communicate to all his staff. it all depends on what you want to do with a BLOG - your motivation.

In my case, I use the BLOG to communicate to my clients/fans/friends/readers. it is like an extension of my "weekly thoughts" located at http://www.fengshuiqueen.com/ so instead of "weekly thoughts" why not make it daily while my forum at yahoo remains the main discussion forum for questions and answers (started in 1999) as well as this fengshui queen forum (establised 2008).
I was the second female, chinese, Singaporean fengshui master (made in Singapore) ever to come out and do it big. the first one was Ms. Elevelyn Yip who taught feng shui at our local university as a subject under Architecture. I am not sure if she does house calls or any corporate projects during those times when she was attached to the University but I do all of these and that is why, todate many big corporate names are my clients including 5 listed companies.

ON SAVVY INVESTMENTS: Once we have made some money, it is then time to give back to society. there are many ways in which we can give back : 1) to share our knowledge as an entrepreneur to many newbies 2) to donate money to charity or to go sit on their board and help as an advisor.

Next Question : Are we already there ? if we are and have built a good retirement fund (minimum S$400k) then we can do the above two. if we think we can't retire yet then we better work harder and earn more and save.

You would remember that : My exit strategy is to give to my two children, each one million or a house each. the rest, I will spend them away, give to temples or have champagne every night. my dream. but my children must go to the university. it is a must and is good for them, for their future.

ON PROPERTIES : Currently, I have 3 clients who are searching for a good landed property to buy. I wish them best of all. it is not easy to find one that you like. Take for example when I was searching for mine -my needs on what I want and what you want may be different as for some people who have parents living with them so they would need a bigger house like a 3 storey terrace house or a semi detached house for example. My parents live some 10 mins drive away and my brother whose house is in Mimosa is a 5 mins drive, so we all live near by so I don't need a big house.

When I was searching for my first landed property, I wanted it to have a good fengshui with wealth area at the front. I finally found one with the facing as south west. at the time I bought this investment house, it was already 9 years old. the previous owner paid S$1.3million for this house and I promptly came along and saw it, love it (I love the feng shui) and paid the deposit cheque immediately after touring the house for 5 mins. I still remember I wrote the cheque on the back of my camry. the property agent who sold the house to me said, his wife is my fan.

When the owner of this property accepted my offer, I knew that I would be S$400k up when the price of my property is up and valued at S$1.3million. that was how I made my biggest investment and what goes on in my mind when I wrote that cheque.

So for those clients of mine who are going to search for their first landed properties, make sure that "profit is made the minute you paid that downpayment", then buy. if you think you are going to loose money then don't buy this one lah, go search for another and remember that the house will be there JUST waiting for you. what does it mean ? read on.

Recently, there was a couple looking for a condo to rent and they brought me to 2 or 3 condos to have a look. the final outcome of which to choose when all 3 are equally good was : What is the last digit of the unit number of the condo. If it ends with a 4 or 3 and these numbers are your spiritual number then that house would be there waiting for you. Your spiritual number could be a 2 or 5 or 7 etc. you have to find out which one is yours. one simple method is to check the unit numbers of your house and your marriage certificate number, the last digit, ok ?

These are the methods of how I helped clients pick the best house that is most suitable for them. we choose according to their spiritual numbers.

My spiritual number is 4 and that is why my house and office has a number 4 in it and guess what was my BMW car number plate if I didn't keep the same SCY car number plate, it was a 340. Incidently, my first car which was a blue mazda two door has a number plate : EG 3400. the HDB flat that I used to own in 1988 was a : #03-400.
