Today, 13 December 2017 (Wednesday) 12.31pm - Good Afternoon !!!
Today, I am home, took the Mahayana 8 Precepts and after Noon cannot eat already. So I make sure I ate a lot first and then can fast……..am getting used to it and know what to do when hungry, drink ginger tea or I take tit tac sweets…to get by. No chocolates….though when they melt they are liquid…but I still try not to.
Today, am home working on "Predictions 2018"…..
