Today, 26 December 2017 (Tuesday) 07.14am - Good Morning !!!


Today, 26 December 2017 (Tuesday) 07.14am - Good Morning !!! .........Today, going to First Centre office for work then home to do slides for Predictions 2018.

It is quite tough to work long hours at work then come home to do the powerpoint. Usually, I would meditate first for a while before I start work....otherwise the "mind" can feel tired or weak then cannot think ....then cannot write. waste time.

Most of the house reviews and annual reviews would soon be completed and at means that this new week, I have more time to come home early and to work on the slides ;))))

Everyday, if you can -
1) Chant "Ah Mi To Fo"  -  10 times and slowly. It is more about chanting the "Ai Mi To Fo" so that your mind do not have the time to think of other things.

This is one way to train your mind, other than meditation. Because some of the clients said that they can't meditate. But they find that chanting this is ok for them.

Even if you like to carry a counter, it is ok or if you like to slow down and think of the 4 words, it can be good too.

Meaning sometimes, fast and sometimes slow. Don't bother too much about counting.

When you are in a taxi or train or bus, also can silently chant "Ai Mi To Fo" and is very useful when you are stuck in a traffic jam. You will find that the car moves......so won't be stuck in the jam for long ;))))


2) Meditate fast fast 20 breaths -
