Qi flows in from the main door and it hits the curtain and it will turn. Usually then they will look for the water then it stays.

That is why some say : "where the water is, there is an abundance of wealth"

The North sector is where the "Five Yellow" energy is. What is "Five Yellow" energy ? It is an accident energy. The Qi comes in from the windows or main door in the North can cause car accidents or any kind of accidents. 

Therefore, we are supposed to suppress this Five Yellow energy with weights. We usually use 5 kg weights , 2 of them. Or we use a pair of metal dumb bells, 5kg each, crossed them so that they don't move about and leave them on the floor. 

This will contain the 5 yellow energy and we will then be ok.
