On Dharma - When we learn Dharma......if you do not know the facts well, it is perfectly ok......as the main purpose of why you learn Dharma is to get "Enlightenment". So that means that when you learn Dharma, you need to know the gist of it - Or simply said "the meaning" and not just the "knowledge".
This is because when we learn Dharma, it is NOT for us to sit for an exam. If there is an exam, the exam is : Who get enlightened first ? or who attain Sotapanna first ?
Today, I listened to Dharma : Buddha said (if I remember correctly ) - to shoot an arrow to spilt another arrow is difficult. But to shoot an arrow to spilt a strain of hair, is even very difficult. Wanting to achieve a Sotappana is much more difficult than that. Wow.

Example : Heart Sutra - What is the profound meaning of Heart Sutra ? If after having read Shurangama Sutra and then return to read Heart Sutra........oh the meaning is now quite different. More profound and deep........bascially talking about "emptiness".
The "Tee Chang Jin" - what is the profound meaning of this ? Two of my clients cannot recite past chapter 1. One had giddy spells and the other want to vomit. In the end, they can only stop at Chapter One and didn't venture forth.
You see..........everyone of us, got certain level of Buddhism. Those who didn't have the good karma would not even have heard of Tee Chang Jin, much less, even to recite, even once. Don't believe me, right ? Try reciting all 13 chapters once and then dedicate merits.
Because if you can remember ? I got a bad headache when I was reciting it the first time especially chapter one.......but I need to finish. So even though my mandarin at that time, not so good...I still read it out loud till I finish. Because of my client was very sick and I need to dedicate the merits to help her. That was my strong pull and motivation.
And subsequently, every time, I recite, tears will roll down my cheeks and I know this is good for my cleansing.........so I basically enjoy "crying" ;)))

On Destiny Reading - My Destiny reading session with my clients are usually much different from the old days, those life readers. I try to use modern elements to match their bazi and to help them make life easier and smoother. The session itself is two hours and they can do voice recording or take down notes. After all.......you need to know your bazi once and for all.

The facing of the condo is taken as the side with the most windows. When we buy a house now.........we want the house to be still good for the next 30 years, right ? so these are the good Facings : N, S, NE, SW.
On Investments - I recently posted in my Facebook (fengshui queen) that two of my clients sold their landed properties. And say each is sold for S$2.8 million then we have a total of S$5.6 million being plough back into the property market.
That would give rise to "activities" in the property market in Singapore or even elsewhere too.
