8 Benefits of Meditation -
1) Meditation helps you to relax - Usually after meditation, you will find yourself more relax and not so tensed about work or anything that can stress you. When you are relax, your breathing is slower and that can give rise to good health.
2) Meditation helps you to focus better and to have mindfulness - When this happens, you can do many, many things within a short period of time. Like work..........you may find that you can focus well in your work and work productively and faster.
That is that you can do all your work faster after meditation and even if meditation is only for 10 mins.
3) Meditation brings good luck - This only people whose work or business depends on luck will be able to notice it.
4) Meditation reduces high blood pressure - so that it is easier to fall asleep after meditation and even if you only meditate for 10 mins, it is fine.
5) Meditation brings you back to yourself - to discover more things about yourself and makes you feel good about yourself. You also realised that you don't need to have a friend.
6) Meditation helps you to be more aware of the person next to you - it helps you to be more "aware".
7) Meditation can help you to heal your body - that is if you think your heart is not so good then bring the meditation energy to your heart and then heal it. So you can try pracitising meditation on healing. For some, their brain is not so good then you can bring the meditation energy to the brain whether left side or right side.......and heal.
How to do it :
a) Breath in and out and count from 1 to 20 -
b) Keep doing this for a while and until the energy is "Good" -
c) Then bring this energy to which ever part of your body and heal it -
8) Meditation helps you to improve your memory - you will find that you can remember things better and can recall what happen last week or which day even. Try it !
