Today, 14 October 2017 (Saturday) 10.41pm - Today, I was at The Terrace to do fengshui for a client and then followed her to her brother's house for a house fengshui review then I went to office. It's been a long day. After I got home, had dinner and then meditated and then slept till now.
On Meditation - Sometimes when you meditate from 1 to 20 fast, fast and then some energy come up and make you "aurg", this is purging bad Qi that you absorb from the whole day and this is good. If you know how to "aurg" more, it is very, very good for you.
After that you can start to begin your meditation.
When we meditate, we want to get the real Buddha nature come out of us. All of us have a nice, good Buddha nature. When we meditate, it is going coming "home"........
If you ever wake up at 3 am or even at 4 am and can't get back to sleep, try mediating. Either sit on the bed to meditate or do the lying down one by breathing IN and OUT and count from 1 to 20. ok ? try it when you can........you never know how good it feels to meditate.
