Today, 17 October 2017 (Tuesday) 6.06pm - Hi.............I posted my last blog post on the fengshui for condo at 1544. Then at 1746, a lady client whatsApp me asking about her house future wealth area. Wah ! so fast..........."got reaction" liao. hehe
On Meditation - Every time you meditate, expect nothing and treat it like new. That way, you have no expectation then the meditation will be smooth.
I taught you to say "Nee Chong sen mo de fang lai" during meditation right ? you are suppose to say this to the deluded mind so that the mind will suddenly calm down de.
How to say ?
Well.....once your meditation is stable already then say this "Nee Chong sen mo de fang lai" and say this 3 times while still focusing on the breathing IN and OUT...... then keep breathing....after a while can ask this question again. But cannot always ask.
If you want to always ask then ask "What is Wu ?" this one can always always ask.
If not then silently chant "Ai Mi To Fo" also can. or simply focus on the breath until the leg cramp then can change leg position and start again. Keep sitting....one day you will find that you can sit longer and can sit for one hour and legs no cramp de ;)))))
