Today, 24 October 2017 (Tuesday) 9.55pm - Hi............just woke up and mediated from 2029 to 2138 hours, about one hour then decided to blog.
On Meditation - When you do deep breathing counting from 1 to 20 then you can ask questions like "What is wu ?" or if you like, ask this question : "Who am I ?" ......."what is my original face ?" and see if there is a special reaction that suddenly comes in. Then you know that hei ! this has an impact on your mediation.
I would usually try all sorts of questions and see which one has the most impact and then share it with all of you. Then I will stick to these questions during my one hour mediation and until I decided to come out of the mediation.
Then I would dedicate the merits to many many people and then I will get out of the mediation. It is good to dedicate merits and here after mediation, if you have children, you can dedicate the merits to your children.
Ok......am going to watch more Youtube videos before I go to bed. Ta Ta !!!!
