"When you live in the present moment, you forget the element of TIME"



Try living in the NOW, breath IN and OUT where ever you are..........that is also like practising mindfulness and this helps you to remember things and without much effort.

It is important to forget about TIME........remember only the PRESENT moment.

In this manner, we are using TRUE MIND. 

TRUE MIND is here.

And TRUE MIND is your Buddha Nature.
