Today, 11 November 2017 (Saturday) 0707am - Good Morning !!! Hi........today going to office at First Centre for work then home. Back by 5pm........hehe quite early ;))))
Meditation : This morning, I meditated at 0224am to 0324 am , about exactly one hour. Was quite surprised.....so exact. Nevertheless, after that I said my merits then go back to bed.
For me now...........there is no element of time. Anytime can sleep and anytime can work. Just try to learn to be HERE IN THE PRESENT MOMENT, everytime, ok ?
Ok...............Lynn Jie Jie need to rest a bit more then get up and go to office !
