Good Morning !!!
Early this morning, decided to go SPACE@Kovan to take a look at my condo as tenant had shifted out already. So...........I need to come here and take a look and do "my thing". I have my own special formula to do such that this unit can be rented out quickly.

Space@Kovan - This is how I decorated the unit here which had been tenanted for the past two years. I am very surprised that the previous tenant kept it so clean and neat.
