Today, 28 November 2017 (Tuesday) 08.26pm - Hi......was kinda of busy so didn't blog much. Just got home and was resting first before I start to blog....

FSQ NOTES: Last week - Last week, I met two interesting clients. One shared with me about buddhism and how he come to buddhism etc and I took this opportunity to share with him about what I know.
Then another client shared with me that she went to learn meditation and they taught her how to open her third eye. I got interested and then when I came home.........I focused the energy on the 3rd eye and stay there for a while.
Yes, it helped to open quite a fair bit as the next morning when I was looking at the water feature, I saw rays of energy surrounding the water feature. I find this very interesting and decided to focus on this during my meditation....let's see how this goes.
You can try this too if you wish by bringing the energy to the 3rd eye which is the space between the two eyebrows.
Try it and see how this goes.........not so easy to open one lah !!! So don't worry...... ;))))
Can try Google Search.....there are many websites to tell you how to open the 3rd eye.
