Today, 10 December 2017 (Sunday) 11.03pm - Hi........came home, had dinner and slept..........now wake up and ready to do meditation. How is your meditation coming along ? Good, I hope. I usually meditate for one hour....total about two hours a day. I hope to do 3 hours per day.
My Lunch today at Peach Garden, Orchid Country Club - Mum seems happy to be here eating and she ate quite a lot........hehe
