Today, 23 February 2018 (Friday) - Am back from work and resting. Watched Youtube and shared the two shows that I had watched and now blog.
One lady WhatsApp saying she chanted these 15 days of CNY while Lhamo did mostly meditation as the energies are good. Lhamo also chanted Ah Mi Tou Fo slowly and was told that one joss stick is about 40mins and if you have only 4 or 5 wandering thoughts while chanting Ai Mi Tuo Fo....you can be considered very very good and got "kung fu" liao.......
