Today, 18 April 2018 (Wednesday) - Good Morning !!!


Today, 18 April 2018 (Wednesday) - Good Morning !!! Hi....it had been quite a while since I last wrote a long blog, right ? yah .....busy mah. Busy with work then come home...flat out liao so watch Youtube dharma for a while, then meditate a short while (in fact fall asleep while meditating) then decided to sleep early. 

Then wake up in the middle of the night, look at Instagram and Facebook to read news. Yah....Lhamo read world news....it is important as one needs to know what is happening around the world, other than Singapore.

On Meditation - Because Vesak Day is coming......hence the energies seem to be calming when Lhamo is meditating. Have you tried ? Hope you do...is for your own good. So that you are mindful at work and also no need to feel anxious when boss give you a buzz. Ai Chai lah !!!

It is not the end of the world, right ? so be calm and think how to reply or not to reply yet. Try different tactics until you get one that works for you. hehe

On Space@Kovan - It took 6 months after the last tenant leaves then Lhamo found a very good tenant. However rental reduce to S$1,700/- a month for a year. You can rent out your unit at this rate in Geylang area last time or last year........but rental had to drop so that you can get a tenant and so Lhamo drop to this amount. Lhamo just want to do anything to get a good tenant.

After all, it is total income of S$20,400/- that Lhamo was looking at. Don't look at the wrong things and make yourself miserable. Always be positive, ok ?

If you have a unit at Alexandra Road, the rental income for a one bedroom is now at S$2,200/- a month. Client unit rented out at this amount.

Then this year when reporting for personal income, my accountant the girl ask whether Lhamo spent any money on maintenance for this unit. Lhamo said yes. Lhamo serviced the air con at S$70/- and repaired a sink in the toilet a bit leaking, another S$70/-

So Lhamo decided to paint the whole house next time and do more. can deduct from income earned. not bad, Lhamo think so. After all, it is the accountant firm that does all the work. Lhamo just reported work done.

It had been fun and rewarding. My only regret was it took me so long to see the trend. But Lhamo guess Lhamo didn't know and was busy. Next time, if two months no tenant, need to review price. Price is the main thing that determines the rental tenants.

This couple renting are both Singaporean.

Salt lamp, 15 volts in wealth area. After placing this, in 2 days time, this unit is rented out !!!

FSQ NOTE : One of the reason why Lhamo bought this condo in this Kovan area was : during my fengshui checks and talking to many people, Lhamo realised that there are groups of young couple who liked to stay in a place close to their parents. These parents are currently living in the landed property in Kovan. 

It was with this knowledge that Lhamo bought a rental unit here at Kovan. It can be anywhere here in Kovan. Just that at the time, Lhamo intended to buy, Space@Kovan and another condo development at a side road was available. Lhamo chose the one with main road of Yio Chu Kang.

Suddenly, when the news of the salt lamp goes off.......Lhamo did a quiet re look and realised that hei ! actually this was really happening.

My other regret is : after this unit is rented. Lhamo got no more condo unit to do the fengshui and make it work wonders again. Never mind, back to the drawing board and re - look.
