Since that day, Lhamo has been faithfully every day chanting 1,000 times "Ah Mi Tio Fo". Then a thought occured to her, how many times to chant a day then is considered the "right" amount of chanting.
Yesterday, Lhamo came across this "Si Fu" who said 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening is the right timing......Wah so many times. So Lhamo will see what is her comfortable way of increasing.
Lhamo thinks maybe start with 20 mins every day. Because Lhamo takes about 12 mins to finish 1,000 times, quick fast right.....yah.can learn to chant fast, fast one. The more times, you do, the chant gets clearer and better.
Your words spoken also becomes clear to others.
Then how to chant and listen in -
When you chant the "Ah Mi Tio Fo" ......use your both ears to listen IN TO the body. Lhamo sometimes use left ear to listen and sometimes use right ear to listen. Make sure both ears are good. hehe
