Today, 14 August 2018 - Good Morning !!! Hi......how are you getting along ? Fine, I hope. Thank you for the many WhatsApp telling me about the chanting of Amituofo and your buddhist encounters...........That is So So Great !!!

Today, I would like to share a BIG discovery that I had recently about "Lian fuo fa men".

You remembered this lady Deity beside Amitabha Buddha ........she is "Ta Sze Tze" and she is the one who advoate the chanting of "Amituofo".

And this Diety or "Pu Har" as she is called is also mentioned in Shurangama Sutra .........the 25 "fa men" to gain enlightenment. When I first discovered this........I was like "Wah" !!!! Now.....I can see the connection.

Then I had another query..........why do I like Sixth Patriach Hui Neng's The Platform Sutra so much ?

I can tell you.........I cannot chant "sin chin" by heart or even read it properly....not even "Ta Pei Chou"..........I told a couple client recently but then they said : you can chant Amituofo !!!

I said..........Yah !!! That is the only thing I know how to do. Now chanting hard and trying at every min until I can get a recorder that can chant by itself in my ears.

These few nights, I chant before I go to bed and find that I can sleep very very well. You want to try this ? can chant silently and visualise the 4 words in your mind or visualise the 4 colours of the lotus flowers also can.

Why can't I chant my mandarin mantras or read Chinese Sutras ???

This all stems from the fact that I am English educated....... but at Pre U ...I continued my Chinese as second language but at "O" level only, I did wish to pursue it at "A" level standard as am afraid that I cannot cope with too many subjects then I cannot get into our local University.

I did quite well in my "A" levels and managed to enter Singapore University in the late 70's. My dad told me that we are the top 3% of our population that can managed to get into SU and I got into SU in Business Administration.

Actually with my score, I can still get into Accountancy. But I dislike looking at figures all the time and felt that business admin would suit my personality more. So there I went and study but in the end SU and NU merged so come up with a NUS Degree. 

Those days were fun with friends but I don't really have a good group of friends.......Our surnames all start with a "Y".........and once or twice, I drove my dad's car to NUS......heheh and play Air Supply music inside the car as I drive ;))))

I was quite pretty and had many suitors and by year one end, I was already attached !!! hehe

Ok........I stop here......... Got to go to Office, write later....... I try !!!
