What happen when all senses are INFLOW ?
1) EYES - When in the dark , you can see clearly ......whether in day time or even dark , night time. When this happens, it means that your eye senses had returned to source.
2) EARS - There is a "zzzz" in the ears all the time...... when you are practising "Kuan Yin's Er tong fa men", this means that you have perfected it. And this is the first one to returned to source. Then one sense organ has returned to source, it also means that all 6 had returned to source.
Sometimes when your stomach is hungry, you can hear the sound coming from outside the body rather than from the stomach itself.

3) NOSE - When you have perfected this sense, it means that someone has bad breath and talking to you, you can know that that person has bad breath, but you are not affected by it and so you will not bring your finger to your nose to try to reduct the bad smell.
4) MOUTH - I am not too sure about this........still trying to figure this one out. But I think it is when you taste very very bad taste food, you will not utter a single sound to say this is bad !!! haha....or unless the food had indeed turn bad then cannot eat lah !!!
Or when you see delicious food, there is no saliva coming out from your mouth. hehe

5) BODY - For this, you know when we are meditating......the most painful one is the leg cramp. but once you figured this out in your mind....the pain is gone or become much much lesser and it becomes bearable. It took me 10 years to discovered this truth and after I had overcome this....everything speeds up for me.
When there is pain, you are able to shift the mind away and then there is lesser pain. You will discover this first. Then as you read and understand more about dharma, you will begin to learn that this is feeling and feelings are not real as I could not take out the feeling of pain and bring it out or to show you.
Once your mind knows this for a fact, the pain gets lesser. Try this so that it will not take you 10 years to discover this. I was stuck with this but still I meditated and continue to meditate every day for the past 10 years. I never did give up. I was so busy working and didn't even had the wisdom to tell me to do a GOOGLE.

6) MIND - For me for this........one day during a dharma talk.......I was silently asking my mind where is my mind. Is it outside the body ? or is it inside the body ? and then suddenly, I felt a pulsation at the forehead. This was my first time feeling this sensation and I felt very happy about my improvement. At that time which happen in 2017, I didn't know what is it, what was happening to me.
So I continue to use Hua Tou to ask whenever I am meditating. I tried various Hua Tou.......... Like who are you ? who am I ? and what is wu ? and where is the true mind of Lynn Yap G C ?
The best is to use : what is wu ? and then continue until you have a pulsation at the third eye space. However you can try your own Hua Tou but use it properly. ok ?
