The third method that I will like to introduce is : 念佛法门
This method is about chanting "Amituofo" until you can feel some stimulation also around the third eye space there. I watched on Youtube Dharma talk and it says that : When you can feel some pulsation movement at the third eye........this means that you have met "your true mind"...your real nature. 明心见性。
All Buddhists aspire to reach this stage. You can try all 3 methods that I have introduced and see which one you most like to do and that.....there is result. Must have some results one........then you will know that you are on the right track.
How to chant "Amituofo" -
1) Simply chant "Amituofo" whether silently or out loud also can - Most important is : when you have free time, can chant. One of my lady client chant when she is in the train. You can try this.
For me, I usually chant this during the journey in the car or in Grab or Gojek or in the plane. So .......I don't watch any movies in the plane. I merely chant or try to get a short nap :)))))

2) Some people chant "Amituofo" using the "ten chant" method - I also tried this and it works very well especially when I need Amitabha Buddha's help !!!
Recently.....you know that I went to China. So on the way there to China........I saw a "reddish light" (bong bong) (hokkien) appear at the plane window when the plane was about to touch down tat Guangzhou Airport.
Then when I was also in the plane and when the plane was about to touch down in our Singapore airport. I saw the "reddish light" again. I understand that red is the colour of Amitabha Buddha.

However, when I was travelling to KL.......and back, I did not see any "reddish light". I concluded that I haven't been hard working on my chanting.........Oops !!! so better start chanting "Amituofo" again.
3) Remember that when you chant - put your mind on every word then chant - this way, you can practise your mindfulness and train your mind as well.
