Cut away the scattered thoughts. Then my MIND is calm again for a few seconds.....
I hold my breath and stop breathing.....can last a few seconds then....
“No Thoughts”....during these moments.Then .... I breathe IN and breath OUT.
Also “No Thoughts”.....and continue......
